Location : 135 Rivonia road Career Stream Credit Collections Job Purpose
Core function is to provide assistance and support to the call centre by executing the dialler campaigns and monitoring of strategies. The dialler administrator daily functions are as below:
Job Responsibilities- Uploading campaign data onto dialler daily
- Providing agent activity reports
- Providing team performance report
- Daily weekly monthly performance
- Monitoring of dialler – campaigns, staff and speed adjustments
- Updating team of volumes
- Assisting staff with system issues e.g. remote access requests
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- 2 years experience in credit collection of which 1 year should preferably have been in a banking/financial environment.
- Excel – intermediate experience
- Basic understanding of Avaya PC5 dialler and loading of campaigns
- Banking knowledge
